SCOPE OF WORKS:
Externally – remove and replace render to match existing.
Gain access to areas of work internally.
Relevant COSHH assessments to be consulted before any repair products are used.
Remove existing wallpaper to identified repair areas.
Repair cracks, apply a plaster skim then re-paper where necessary.
Grind out or drill slots where necessary and as appropriate to accommodate Helifix reinforcements.
Vacuum out drill holes to remove any dust traces.
Grout in reinforcement leaving neat joint.
Install 6mm Helibars to cracking of internal walls (as identified).
Repair plasterwork as required.
