 Scope of Works

• Slate repairs
• Re-lining of lead gutters with liquid applied waterproof membrane
• Liquid applied waterproof membrane to flat roofs
• Complete overhaul and reconfiguration of rain water drainage system
• Wet grit blasting to rendered and stone work facades to remove numerous layers of paint back to a      sound substrate in preparation for restoration
• Removal of defective render and apply new render system
• Insitu stone restoration to cills, mouldings and features
• Stabilising unsound brickwork - many parapet walls were carefully dismantled and rebuilt
• Crack stitching to brick work and pinning of coping stones
• Sash window restoration
• Repointing to brickwork elevations
• Masonry clean to brickwork elevations
• Fix bird deterrent system in the form of sprung wire and netting
• Renewal of shop facia boards
• Complete redecoration of facades, windows and shop fronts
• Fixing new signage to shop fronts.
