Scope of Works:
· Survey - Hammer testing surfaces of concrete to determine location and extent of damage, mark damage on surface of concrete and record on schedules
· Concrete repairs - break out damaged and defective concrete back to a sound alkaline substrate; saw-cut perimeter of repair area; remove debris from site; mechanically clean and prime surface of exposed steel reinforcement; apply bond primer to surfaces within repair zone and reinstate using cementitious mortar including all necessary formwork.
· CP installation - Application of galvanic cathodic protection system using surface applied anode comprised of an alloy Aluminium, Zinc and Indium; applied to surface of concrete by thermal arc spray
