Contract - Old Beaupre Castle is an historic site and a scheduled ancient monument comprising an outer and middle courtyard west range, east walk and central parlour.
Scope of Works:
• Structural repairs to concrete and timber lintels
• Fitting doors and frames in 3 No openings
• Glazing and fitting vandal guards to 3 No windows
• Reinstating saddle bars and mullions to 3 No windows
• Reinstating lath and plaster blocking to 1 No window
• Cleaning out areas, replacing Breedon gravel and attendance on others cataloguing moulded stones
• Removing vegetation and pointing
• Cleaning and staining public access gallery
• Fencing and miscellaneous external works
