CONTRACT OVERVIEW: Cleaning off bird fouling from window ledges and cornicing. Introduction of bird deterrent system x 3 elevations.
SCOPE OF WORKS:
Provision of fully boarded scaffold.
Chemically clean stone facade.
Disinfect roost ledges.
Install 28mm gauge netting system to 3No elevations to prevent starlings roosting.
Install sprung wire system to cornice and balustrading at roof level to stop seagulls perching.
