Design Group Services Contract : Internal Refurbishment and External Render Repairs to this Grade II listed manor house for the new president of Manchester University

Scope of Works:

•    Replacement and overhaul of sliding sash windows and decoration of same

•    Complete rewire

•    Replumbing to form ensuites, bathrooms, utility rooms and the catering kitchen

•    Slate tiling to entrance hall and mosaic borders

•    Redecoration of all woodwork including dado, skirting and architrave

•    New hand woven carpets (Wilton)

•    Wall papering to ceilings and walls

•    Replastering to walls

•    Construction of bespoke wardrobes and kitchen

•    Replacement of curtains

•    Installation of Porcelanosa bathroom

•    Tiling to floors and walls in bathrooms and kitchen

•    Installation of suspended ceiling
