CONTRACT OVERVIEW: Cleaning off bird fouling from window ledges and cornicing. Introduction of bird deterrent system x 3 elevations.

SCOPE OF WORKS:

• Provision of fully boarded scaffold.
• Chemically clean stone facade.
• Disinfect roost ledges.
• Install 28mm gauge netting system to 3No elevations to prevent starlings roosting.
• Install sprung wire system to cornice and balustrading at roof level to stop seagulls perching.
