CONTRACT OVERVIEW: Total car park refurbishment

SCOPE OF WORKS:

• Installation of structural steelwork of soffit of car park
• Access was gained by mobile access platforms
• Cheaper plates at basement level were removed
• Various concrete repairs to decks were carried out
• Also beams over entrance and exist ramps were repaired
• All soffits were scarped down
• New fairing coat anti-carbonation coating applied to front façade
