CONTRACT OVERVIEW: Total car park refurbishment to four car decks with ground floor bus station.

SCOPE OF WORKS:

• Concrete repairs to decks and ramps, columns and soffits
• Resin Injection to fractures
• Total redecoration of concrete structure including columns, walls and soffits
• Replacement of defective expansion joints
• Installation of mechanical joints
• Repairs to defective asphalt membrane
• White thermoplastic lining
• New illuminated signage throughout
• Installation of six camera CCTV surveillance system
• Installation of new Armco crash barriers
• Strengthening of existing crash barriers
• Installation of structural steel support frame to bus station soffit
• Total rewire of all decks including lighting, pay-on-entry systems and CCTV
• Construction of customer services center within car park
• Introduction of pay-on-entry and automatic exit/entry barriers
• Introduction of CCTV security system
• Staircase modifications
• External façade cleaning
