• Installation of Holorib and concrete flooring.
• Installation of structural glazing to interlinking units.
• Mechanical and electrical works to pavilions.
• Sika 1 waterproof tanking to pavilion basements.
• Installation of handrails to staircases within pavilions.
• Installation of raised access floors.
• Render repairs to external façade of pavilions.
• Cleaning and redecoration of external façade.
• Overhaul of rainwater goods.
• Slate roof repairs.
