CONTRACT OVERVIEW: General refurbishment and CTMP installation
SCOPE OF WORKS:
- All mechanical and electrical works carried out within the courts.
- Removed sections of the suspended ceilings, creating holes in brickwork and floors (carpets, tiles and wooden flooring) to allow access for mechanical and electrical services to be installed.
- Reinststed all boxing, ductwork, fire stopping and floorboards.
- Supplied and fitted new carpeting to specified areas.
- Full cleaning of existing walls and ceilings to the entrance hall with sugar soap, removing all dirt and grime. Repair and prepare the existing cracks as necessary to receive three coats of emulsion paint.
- Existing woodwork in reception area to be rubbed down, cleaned, prepared, undercoated and reapplied graining to match existing colours.
