CONTRACT OVERVIEW: Stabilisation work, Helifix works

SCOPE OF WORKS:

• Carried out stabilisation work on 243 houses.
• Repaired cracking masonry on the two-storied terraced and semi detached properties. This was due to lintel failure and differential movement within the building structures.
• Existing lintels were repaired and the masonry strengthened and secured.
• Helibeam system of structural reinforcement was installed to reinstate the failed lintels and stitch the cracked masonry.
