CONTRACT OVERVIEW: Helifix installallation

SCOPE OF WORKS:

• Externally – remove and replace render to match existing.
• Gain access to areas of work internally.
• Relevant COSHH assessments to be consulted before any repair products are used.
• Remove existing wallpaper to identified repair areas.
• Repair cracks, apply a plaster skim then re-paper where necessary.
• Grind out or drill slots where necessary and as appropriate to accommodate Helifix reinforcements.
• Vacuum out drill holes to remove any dust traces.
• Grout in reinforcement leaving neat joint.
• Install 6mm Helibars to cracking of internal walls (as identified).
• Repair plasterwork as required.
