• Erect scaffold to front elevation and tower
• Install new stone Balustrade and Corinthian
• Capitols to columns
• Install bird netting system
• Install mastic pointing to window frames
• Redecorate windows and doors
• New rope to flagpole
• Repointing to all brick and stonework
