SCOPE OF WORKS:

  • Project to repair damaged brickwork.
  • Investigation and repair of the horizontal expansion joints on the 2nd and 4th floor of the building, as they were not functioning properly.
  • Loose or missing bolts fixing support bracket to edge of concrete floor slab.
  • Misaligned or missing serrated washers
  • Increased cavity widths
  • Weep holes in brickwork leaf above cavity tray not formed.
  • Cavity above cavity tray blocked with mortar debris
  • Reduced bearing of brickwork onto masonry support angle due ti increased cavity widths
