CONTRACT OVERVIEW: Masonry and stone repairs, cleaning, roofing, underpinning and decoration.

SCOPE OF WORKS:

• Stone repairs to cornice, band courses and two porticos.
• Cleaning of all masonry using low pressure powder system.
• Raking out and re-pointing of brickwork and stone.
• Renewing of parapet gutter and renewed lead roofs to porticos.
• Repairing of sash windows.
• Underpinning of porticos.
• Decoration of doors and windows.
