CONTRACT OVERVIEW: Masonry repair, structural repair and coatings

SCOPE OF WORKS:

• Cut out electrical chase.
• Replace two Crittal windows.
• Cut out slots through brickwork for steel to pass throughs
• Cut opening through hoist wall to allow access for the hoists
• Re build brickwork to south gate elevation and to air intake ductss
• Break out twelve concrete pockets at 600 x 450
• Infill voids within 1st floor slab with hollow rib decking
• Breakout 20 steel frames and lids dispose and skip
• Break out masonry wall between phase 2A hoist and shoe studio
