SCOPE OF WORKS:
Concrete repairs to decks and ramps, columns and soffits
Resin Injection to fractures
Total redecoration of concrete structure including columns, walls and soffits
Replacement of defective expansion joints
Installation of mechanical joints
Repairs to defective asphalt membrane
White thermoplastic lining
New illuminated signage throughout
Installation of six camera CCTV surveillance system
Installation of new Armco crash barriers
Strengthening of existing crash barriers
Installation of structural steel support frame to bus station soffit
Total rewire of all decks including lighting, pay-on-entry systems and CCTV
Construction of customer services center within car park
Introduction of pay-on-entry and automatic exit/entry barriers
Introduction of CCTV security system
Staircase modifications
External façade cleaning
