Scope of works: 

• Remove of existing canopies, planters, paving and sub-base down to structural slab
level.

• Installation of new drainage system.

• Installation of liquid applied waterproof membrane.

• Casting insitu, polished concrete furniture

• Restoration to existing granite setts.

• Restoration of cast iron kerbs and pavement lights.

• Reinstate paving with new granite setts.

• Redecoration of retained canopies and ground floor windows.

• Installation of new lighting scheme

• Installation of water feature.

• Installation of new CCTV system.

• Installation of new frameless glass canopies and associated supporting steel work.

• Construction of new tiled, totem signage with stainless steel lettering.

• Construction of a new cedar louvered screen.
