CONTRACT: Refurbishment of roof timbers and ceiling plaster, repair and preservation of floor timbers and staircases to grade II listed property.

SCOPE OF WORKS:

• Clean out roof void floor voids and defrass timbers.

• Carry out extensive epoxy repairs to defective beam ends.
• Splice in new purlin and rafter sections.
• Resin Injection to shakes in trusses and purlins.
• Replacement of defective wall plate.
• Re-bond ceiling plaster by application of hessian bandage and plaster of paris from above.

• Application of spray preservation treatment to all exposed timber within the roof void and floor spaces.
