CONTRACT OVERVIEW: Waterproof tanking to basement

SCOPE OF WORKS:

Mechanical preparation of basement walls via bush-hammering.
DPC fluid injected along tops of all external walls & into wall corners to protect timber wall plates.
Installation of brick ties to stabilise brickwork.
Installation of Sikadur Combiflex strip at wall/floor junctions to protect against cracking of render induced by differential thermal movement.
Application of Sika 1 pre-batched tanking system to full height on walls.
Application of Sika waterproof screed to basement floor.
All timber window frames and service pipe details sealed with Sika Pro 2HP waterproof mastic.
