SCOPE OF WORKS:
Carried out stabilisation work on 243 houses.
Repaired cracking masonry on the two-storied terraced and semi detached properties. This was due to lintel failure and differential movement within the building structures.
Existing lintels were repaired and the masonry strengthened and secured.
Helibeam system of structural reinforcement was installed to reinstate the failed lintels and stitch the cracked masonry.
