To fully strip out decorations, furniture, partitions, ceilings, slate roofing, electrics and plumbing.

Included in the scope of works were the following;

• Independent stud walling to external walls and new stud partition internal walls fully insulated and boarded.
• Installation of new insulated floating floor.
• Carry out roof timber repairs where necessary, re-felt/batten and re-roof utilising salvaged slate roof tiles.
• Re-point defective external masonry.
• Installation of new factory finished external mock sash windows and doors.
• Strengthening of remaining stud partitions and installation of new steel beams to support truss enabling mezzanine floor installation.
• Treatment of roof rafters with Wykabor 10.
• Plastering
• Tiling of bathrooms and kitchen
• Kitchen installation
• All associated joinery works
• Laying of engineered oak flooring to living room
• Mirrored wardrobes
• Internal & external decoration
