SCOPE OF WORKS:
Existing York stone flags were removed using hand tools or mechanical plant where required and placed to one side using safe manual handling techniques. Quadriga lifted approximately 48m2 stone flags.
Defective concrete blinding and Procor 20 liquid-applied to the membrane to be removed using mechanical plant if necessary and placed into skip.
Dust emissions were controlled by damping down where necessary.
Procor 20 was laid to all exposed areas in strict accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations. Operatives ensured appropriate PPE was worn throughout application.
Servipak protection boards were applied to newly applied Procor 20.
Weak concrete blinding was laid on the top.
Re set the flags into sand / cement bore and then finally set the flags in a suitable sand / cement mix.
