SCOPE OF WORKS:
South Gable Elevation of the above establishment
Drill 8mm diameter holes at 100-120mm centres along the grain.
For timbers wider than 100mm across the accessible face, additional holes will be drilled at 50mm from the centre row, at staggered 120mm centres.
Inject Boron Ultra 78 Paste in pre-drilled holes.
For timbers prone to re-wetting or in continuous damp, Boron Ultra Rods will be inserted in each hole to provide a long term reservoir.
Remove all debris into appropriately marked locations ensuring compliance with ‘Duty of Care' regulations.
