The Royal Liver Buiding
The iconic Royal Liver Building is located at the Pier Head and, along with the Cunard Building and Port of Liverpool Building, is one of Liverpool's Three Graces which line the city's popular waterfront.
The works included external repair and restoration of the building’s 12 cupulas, concrete repair and cathodic protection of the two spiral staircases and the replacement of the timber speaker housing in the West Tower.
Mark Pearson, Managing Director at Quadriga Contracts Ltd, commented;
“It has been great to be involved in the restoration of one of the most iconic buildings in the North West. We have a wealth of experience in sensitive restoration works, all of which are being used on The Royal Liver Building. We are very proud of how the work progressed on this important landmark.”
