Royal Opera House, Covent Garden
The Royal Opera House, originally called the Theatre Royal, was the third theatre built on the Covent Garden site. Constructed in 1732 the building is home to The Royal Opera, The Royal Ballet and The Orchestra of the Royal Opera House. The main auditorium dates back to 1858 and is Grade I Listed.
Quadriga completed work at the Grade I building to replace damaged granite tiles at the end of 2017. The flame textured granite tiles were matched as close to the original as possible through careful material identification and sourcing. The panels were carefully removed by our experienced team to ensure efficiency and quality. For more information on this project or any of our services, please contact Lindsay Law on 0161 883 2153.
