Works completed at the former Gwalia Hotel, Llandrindod. This large Grade II building was constructed at the height of Llandrindod's popularity as a Spa town around the end of the nineteenth century. Its architectural style is a blend of Queen Anne Period and Edwardian Baroque.

Quadriga complets 3 projects as part of Prescot Townscape Initiative Scheme.

Quadriga completed work on buildings 19, 54 and 56 Eccleston St.  The work will involve restoration of historic architectural features to include Victorian shopfronts.
