Contract - Terracotta, Brick, Tile and Window refurbishment to  external façade of Churchgate  House

 Scope of Works :

•    Crack repairs to external Glazed brick work.
•    Undertaking steel lintel repairs where corrosion of floor beams had caused substantial       cracking and failure to the Glazed brickwork
•    Individual glazed brick replacement
•    Rake out and re-pointing defective mortar to terracotta and glazed brickwork.
•    Insitue terracotta repairs
•    Tile replacement to façade due to cracking due to thermal movement
•    External redecoration to all windows, rainwater  and foul pipe runs
•    Extensive draft proofing to existing sash windows
