Quadriga is very proud to be working along side Protector AS, a Norwegian company with highly specialist expertise in the remediation of concrete corrosion and Cathodic Protection. Specialists in solving problems concerning corroding concrete structures, particularly where the need for structural integrity may be critical and the costs of controlling the corrosion and the inherent safety risks need to be minimized. Quadriga and Protector also offer additional services for more general structural maintenance of buildings, and are approved by National Office of Building Technology and Administration.
The Quadriga and Protector partnership, now enables clients to access the following services:
• Installation of remote controllable, Cathodic Protection (CP) systems for corrosion exposed structures;
• Installation of Camur II, a digital, permanent and automatic monitoring system for CP and concrete corrosion;
• Repairs and protection to deteriorating concrete structures by appropriate proven methods;
• Maintenance of building facades built from various materials, including tin-works.
Protector's international activities include working with a variety of clients who are now using their monitoring systems to protect against corrosion damage.
All Protector systems, such as the Camur II, are easily installed, and can be provided with tailor-made fittings, membranes or watertight rendering to suit the particular environment that they will be used in. The roller applied ZEBRA Cathodic Protection system for corroding car parks, bridges, tunnels, etc, and the CASSETTE Clamp-on systems for jetties, come complete with full instructions for installation procedures and again can be tailored to suit the specific project.
The majority Protector's systems have been researched and developed in-house. They have been and indeed, they continue to be used in hundreds of installations over the last 20 years, in various structures across 10 countries.
