 SCOPE OF WORKS :

•    First floor of school house sub-divided with lightweight partitions into individual dormitory rooms & separate shower/WC rooms.

•    School house completely stripped out and new layout formed using metal stud and plasterboard partitioning system.

•    New staircase fitted at one end of school house and new shower and WC facilities provided at each end of block.

•    Major alterations to the mechanical & electrical services.

•    Fire protection works to old part of school house.

•    Minor alterations to classroom block including new walls, ceilings, vapour barrier, floor coverings & insulation.

•    Alterations to both mechanical & electrical services in classroom block.

•    Conversion of the existing front of the sports hall & staff room to provide nursery school accommodation, including new WC’s, improvements to staircases & decoration and new floor coverings.

•    Minor external repairs and alterations, including roof repairs, minor masonry repairs, timber repairs, redecoration, repair & replacement to rainwater goods, drainage alterations, masonry repairs etc.
