CONTRACT OVERVIEW: Stone and masonry restoration, cleaning and re-pointing
SCOPE OF WORKS:
Removed all defective cast iron down pipe and repaired ornate hoppers.
Cleaned stonework to remove algae growth.
Replaced over 250 stone balusters.
Replaced coping cramps in stainless steel.
Repaired other items of stonework such as coping stones and parapet stonework.
Re-pointed stonework and brickwork generally using hydraulic lime mortar.
Carried out repairs to lead flashings.
