Contract Re-roofing Tithebarn House, installing bird deterrent system including re- decoration of the mansard roof and waterproofing and sealing defective guttering.
Scope of Works:
• The roof well in the centre of the roof space had severely deteriorated and serious leaks were evident in the vicinity of the roof. Quadriga applied a single ply roofing system to prevent any further ingress of water into Tithebarn House.
• Following the above Quadriga subsequently covered the entire roof with a Firestone single ply roofing system.
• The mansard roof was suffering from general wear and tear and required refurbishment. Quadriga worked alongside, managed and supplied all the necessary materials for an abseiling contractor for the re-decoration of the mansard and the sealing / waterproofing of the failed guttering system.
• The dated bird deterrent system in place prior to works was removed to allow the roofing works to commence. Quadriga then installed a brand new bird deterrent system to the roof area.
