Fully scaffold front elevation and chimney-stacks

Take down and rebuild chimneystacks

Repoint rubble ashlar stone-work to front elevation

Indent new stonework to cornice moldings and dentils

Helfix ties to window head keystones and Helibeam above windows for stability during window refurbishment

Replacement of stone entrance steps

Restoration of stone plinth

Overhaul all sash windows including chords and parting beads

Redecoration of windows

Consolidation of loose friable stone masonry.
