Quadriga Contracts Ltd was founded over 25 years ago by Managing Director Mark Pearson.  We operate as Principal Contractor on major historic and listed building restoration projects and are experts in the field with many years of experience.  Quadriga offers a range of services from surveys to full façade restoration and everything in between, with a large team of surveyors, contracts managers and restoration specialists operating across the UK with offices in Cheshire, Manchester and Birmingham.

We pride ourselves on offering inspired, functional and environmentally viable advice and solutions for public, institutional, commercial and residential projects. At Quadriga we understand our customers’ needs, which is why we pay specific attention to quality, application and installation.

How we approach building restoration

We strongly believe in the importance of preserving our heritage assets and understand the significance of such structures.  We have completed projects on a diverse range of architecture, including works with English Heritage and are recognised as a leading innovator in historic property restoration, having completed work on some of the nation’s oldest and most iconic buildings.  We have a deep understanding of the intricacies of heritage structures and the knowledge and skills to ensure that all restoration works are appropriate and sympathetic, respecting the history, significance and future of a structure.

Our specialisms include stone restoration, façade repairs, timber preservation, cathodic protection, structural and concrete repair and general refurbishment services. However, we are able to turn our hand to almost any project thanks to the depth and breadth of our experience.
