Quadriga were instructed to restore the Grade II Listed Bridgewater House in Manchester.
Bridgewater House was built in 1912 as a shipping warehouse and its white glazed terracotta exterior stands out against its red brick neighbours. It was designed by Harry S. Fairhurst who designed India House and Lancaster House, also on Whitworth Street. Works involved external render repairs and decoration, façade cleaning, window refurbishment and roof repairs.
